Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Appointments are not reserved until the deposit has been received.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
* Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
* Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment date when notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.
* Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
No-Show Policy
* Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit.
* No-show appointments may result in the inability to book future appointments.
